Can’t grab that new shirt off the rail because your bags are in the way? Want to have coffee or lunch or watch a movie but you don’t want to hold your bags? AKYASI service is here so you can have the most enjoyable experience at Yas Mall without the hassle of your bags.
Simply download the AKYASI App and drop your bags off in the shop you bought your items from, the AKYASI counter is on the first floor near Ramasat store, or with any of the AKYASI porters you can find around the Mall, or you can call us on +971-56-5370461
Once you are ready to leave, AKYASI’s team will deliver your bags to your car for FREE or to anywhere in Abu Dhabi for AED 35. You can also opt for the 3-hour Express Delivery for AED 55.
We Shop for You
Need an outfit? Can’t get to the Mall before the weekend? Forgot about a birthday and need a present? We will shop for items you want from any of your favourite stores at Yas Mall and deliver it to you within 48 hours.
Just upload or snap a picture of your desired item on the AKYASI App, and we will get back to you within the hour on the availability of the item and the price. We will then deliver it to you for free!

- If an item is available online in a Carrefour it doesn’t mean that it is available in Carrefour Yas Mall

- Furniture
- Jewelry
- Food and Restaurants
- Breakable-big items
- Items that do not fit into AKYASI bag 22x31 cm
- Pharmaceutical products or any product that needs to be kept refrigerated under certain temperatures are not included
- Pharmaceutical products that needs prescriptions are not included
- This Service is only available for Abu Dhabi residence and only to be delivered within Abu Dhabi city.
- A minimum purchase amount should be 30 AED.
- Money must be paid before the actual purchase.
- Payments can be made on a link sent by us once the shopping list is complete and items approved.
- Communication is Via WhatsApp platform only to ensure security and avoid any mistakes and with AKYASI team only. No phone calls allowed.
- Customers are totally responsible of their items, AKYASI will hold no responsibilities over any damages of the items once it’s been delivered
- Customers must verify their items through a clear and proper picture
- Delivery will be maximum within 48 hours from confirming the payment
- Please ensure all items are received upon arrival of the delivery and inform the delivery in case of any missing items
- Maximum number of items to be purchased at one time is 10 items
